Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to have an account to place an order. Just complete the details on the Checkout page to submit your order and pay online. We accept credit/debit cards. Online payments are provided by Worldpay. Orders will only be fulfilled once payment has been received. Place your order

Gripfixings trade account holders are issued access details to login and place orders with their specific pricing. Trade account holders can also choose invoice and delivery details from those predefined for their account, when placing an order.

If you would like to be considered for a trade account with Gripfixings, please complete the Trade account application form.

How do I find a product?

Find a product by navigating the product categories. You may also search for a product by entering a product description or product code in the search box above. Products are listed with description and price information. Further product details, including specifications, and datasheets can be viewed by clicking the 'More details' button.

How do I place an order?

Add items to your order list. You can view your order list at any time by clicking the link shown at the top of the page. To place an order, click 'Checkout' (non account holders) or 'Place order' (account holders), and complete the details requested.

Order charges and restrictions

Delivery charges will be added to the order. Delivery is free for orders over £100.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders received before 3pm will normally be delivered next working day. Otherwise allow 2 working days for delivery. If your order has not arrived after this time please contact us.

What if an item is not available or not in stock?

In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you prior to dispatching your order. This may include dispatching items in your order on a different date or providing a refund.
